All booking requests will be reviewed for availability.

Invoices will be emailed with-in 24 hours after availability has been reviewed and confirmed, if questions arise we will text you regarding clarification.
You are NOT booked until invoice has been paid in full.
Please allow 24 hours for a response, if your booking is coming up, please text us at 520-499-8842 to let us know you’ve submitted a request, and we can get to it as soon as we can.

**If you have NOT received an email copy of your PENDING booking request from us within 24 hours of submitting a request, check your SPAM folder!!

STEP 1) Please read our below Terms and Conditions.

Between 6pm-6am the night before the event.

Exact times vary based on install routes and we are unable to guarantee specific times. Please leave an outside light on so we can identify the address easily. We understand that the sign might be a surprise; if so, it is up to you to close the blinds and keep the recipient & dogs away from the front yard and windows. If your greeting is a surprise for an address other than your own, we ask that you please notify someone in that household that we will be on the property during the scheduled window for setup and removal. We will leave a note on the doorknob for the recipient with the sender’s name to let them know who the yard greeting is from. There is no need for you to be home during delivery or removal. We will install your greeting quickly and quietly in the best location for aesthetic and installation purposes.

*If a specific location other than your front yard is desired, please let us know when booking.

Between 6pm - 6am on the night of the event.

Exact times vary based on install routes as with setups, but pickups do happen first each evening.

*If you have a special event and you need the sign until 8pm we would need to know that ahead of time.

Before Set Up

If we go in the ground...thoroughly water overnight or the morning of the event for 3-6 hours If your event falls in the summer, this will need to be done for at least 3 days leading up to the event to soften the ground sufficiently. The stakes do not go into dry, hard ground, and lawn mowers, freshly cut/wet grass and weed eaters damage our signs. NO mowing or weed eating may be done with the signs up. If the signs are damaged due to lawn maintenance, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing or cleaning the damaged signs (see note below). Please remove any debris or animal waste in your yard. If we set in stands... Do not move the stands.

SGNT is not liable for any damages to our graphics. Once they are set in your yard. We are not responsible for any damage to wiring underneath the ground or to any physical harm to a person or pet around our sign during your rental hours. Please see our terms and conditions for a full explanation.

*THE STANDS ARE METAL & CAN BE HOT!!!

Corporate policy states that customers MAY NOT remove, relocate or handle signs for any reason.

If signs need to be moved for any reason, you agree to call or text us at 520-499-8842 and we will take care of it ASAP. Do not attach anything (such as balloons or other decorations) to signs As stated above, please do not mow, edge around or take down the yard sign display for lawn maintenance purposes. If you request a sign for the day of your normal lawn care, please suspend services for that day.
If you have outdoor pets, please keep them inside/away for the duration of the time the signs are displayed in your yard.
Please do not allow children to play on or around the signs.

Possible fees:
$50 fee if signs are moved from their original spot
$50 fee for any damage or cleaning that must be done after we pick up the signs.
$20 per letter/graphic for any signs that need to be replaced due to damage.

We encourage you to pose next to the display for photographs

However for the safety of everyone, please DO NOT touch, lean on or play near the signs and please do not walk or stand in between the levels of the stands. AGAIN, THE SIGNS CAN BE HOT TO THE TOUCH!
Our signs/stakes/stands will not support any weight or pressure. We will not be held liable for injuries or damages that occur.

*Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of our signs.*

All booking requests will be reviewed for availability.

We will do our best to have your booking request availability confirmed and an invoice (w/ payment button) emailed to you with-in 24 hours of your online form submission; if we have any questions we will contact you via text message.

*Rush orders of less than 48 hours may require a $25 rush fee.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that we can share the opportunity with others.

Cancellation must be received via call or text 48 hours + before the setup time (7 pm the night before the event as stated above) for a full refund.

24-48 hour notice of cancellation: 75% refund
Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation: 50% refund
** Rescheduled request are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED but are subject to availability.**

OUR INSTALLERS DO NOT SET OR PICK UP SIGNS DURING LIGHTING STORMS.

Our signs can withstand some rain, but severe hazardous weather conditions can destroy our inventory and cause safety concerns for installers who are outdoors working with metal stakes. Therefore, our company policy is to cancel or take down greetings during severe weather advisories, strong winds, or lightning. Please rest assured that we take each celebration personally and will not cancel or take your greeting down early unless absolutely necessary; however, we do not control the weather and must put safety first. We will be in contact if there is severe weather in your area.

*If your order is impacted by weather, we will contact you with refund/rescheduling options. If you do not hear from us regarding weather, you can assume your order will be delivered as scheduled.

We will photograph your yard greeting rental

The photo we take serves several purposes... 1) To share with the Person who ordered the sign. 2) To document the yard Greeting in the recipient's yard. 3) To possibly share your celebration on our social media pages unless you inform us not to do so.

**We encourage you to also share with us a special photo that you have taken with the recipient and the sign, using #SGNTucson to tag us on your social media post.**

I agree

You "the customer" agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Sign Gypsies, LLC and hold its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or cause of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Sign Gypsies, LLC service agreement and/or the performance thereof. Customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc. at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. The agreement is in effect for the duration of the service process as defined by the effective dates of the service agreement.
